Beckhoff KL3102 is a KL3xxx analog input terminal used to bring two voltage signals into a Bus Terminal system. Both channels operate as differential inputs, making the terminal suitable for common industrial automation and process-measurement applications.
The voltage values are digitized in the terminal and transferred over the K-bus to the Bus Coupler or controller. The measurement circuitry is electrically isolated from the K-bus, while the two input channels share a common internal reference potential.
