Shipping

InPost courier

As standard, orders are shipped by InPost courier to the address provided during checkout.

  • Dispatch: after payment is received; for payments received by 13:00, we aim to dispatch the same day where the carrier collection schedule allows it.
  • Tracking: after dispatch, a carrier tracking number is available.
  • EU delivery: is available after the shipping cost, delivery time and shipping method have been individually confirmed before the order is processed.
  • Products on request: lead time, shipping method and other fulfilment conditions are agreed individually with the Customer.
  • Larger devices: produkty wymagające średniego lub ciężkiego opakowania mają odpowiednio wyższą klasę wysyłkową.
Shipping is no longer charged at one fixed rate for every order. The store calculates it based on the type of products and the number of parcels required.

Shipping cost

Exact price before ordering

A standard light parcel costs PLN 20 net, a medium parcel PLN 60 net, and a heavy parcel PLN 120 net. If several parcels are required, the final cost depends on the number and shipping classes of those parcels.

Payment

Bank transfer or online payment

Bank transfer

After placing the order, you will receive a pro forma invoice by e-mail with the bank account number and the details needed to make a traditional bank transfer.

Fast online payment. No pro forma invoice is sent for this payment method. Available payment methods depend on the current offer of the Przelewy24 payment operator.

We start processing the order after payment has been confirmed by the store or payment operator.
