Danfoss 130B1100 is the VLT PROFIBUS DP MCA 101 communication option used to integrate compatible VLT drives into a PROFIBUS network. It installs in option slot A and enables the higher-level controller to exchange process data, access diagnostics and parameterize the drive over the fieldbus.
MCA 101 supports PROFIBUS DP-V0 and DP-V1 communication. Danfoss also supports PROFIdrive and the Danfoss FC profile, while the GSD file simplifies process-data configuration in the automation system.
Ordering number 130B1100 identifies the standard version with an uncoated PCB. The 130B1200 is a separate coated variant, so replacement selection should be based on the complete ordering number rather than only the MCA 101 designation.
